Howard Rundle is the commander and chief of Fanshawe College and the fourth president to take the position since the inception of the college in 1967. He has worked within Fanshawe in various positions for over 30 years.

Vice-President Academic

3. Where is favourite place on campus?
Saffron's Restaurant

4. What are your interests outside of the college?
Reading, travelling, skiing

5. What would your administrative assistant say about you?
Because of her professionalism, only positive things

6. What is something about you that most people don't know?
That I am a chemist by training

7. What was your first job?
Autoworker at General Motors

8. What is your dream job?
President of Fanshawe College

9. What stresses you out?
Not much

10. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose to live?
Right here in Canada

11. Who is your role model?
My father

12. What would your last meal be?
A long lasting one, at least 17 courses

13. Are you competitive when you play squash?
Yes, absolutely

14. If you were on a deserted island and could only bring one item or person with you, what would it be?
My best friend and confidant, Lynda, who also happens to be my wife

15. What is your greatest indulgence?
Doing manual labour (carpentry, wood chopping, and masonry) poorly at our cottage

Your Show of Shows staring Sid Ceaser, Immogene Coco, Carl Reiner, and Howard Morris

Last week at our cottage on the St. Lawrence River
