The Interrobang website is still your go-to news source for all things Fanshawe, but with a fresh look and new features.
After months of hard work and effort, Interrobang’s new website is finally here! The new website features a fresh new layout, easy-to-navigate sections and viewable Interrobang archives as far back as 2005.
What’s new?
Much has changed from Interrobang’s previous website. The new website features dropdown menu selection for section browsing, including news, culture, opinion, and sports and leisure. Through this simple navigation, you can find all of Interrobang’s articles, listed from newest to oldest.
You can also view popular stories, recent articles and archived issues dating back to 2005. By exploring the archives, you will find all of Interrobang’s previous covers, illustrations and stories.
We’ve also made it easier than ever to view Interrobang’s various multimedia projects. Under the multimedia tab, visitors to the new website will have easy access to videos, news updates and podcast episodes. The “Current Issue” tab on the menu bar, meanwhile, allows you to view stories and artwork from the most recent issue of Interrobang.
Contributing to Interrobang is also just a click away on our new site, with options to explore employment, volunteer opportunities and to submit letters to the editor. Letters to the editor can be submitted through a simple online form that is sent directly to the editor of Interrobang. Submissions could even be published in future Interrobang issues.
Our new website also features quick links to Interrobang’s various social media, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. You can even view our most recent Instagram posts through a widget that appears on every page.
The new extended menu includes an updated “About Us” page, updated contact information for Interrobang staff, and a page dedicated to contests coordinated by Interrobang. Here, you will also find the option to subscribe to our newsletter where you can get exclusive access to Interrobang news, updates and announcements.
Interrobang’s new website puts the focus on easy reading with larger font sizes than our previous website, tags that connect various articles, and a helpful search bar for finding exactly what you’re looking for. We’ve also brought back a “related articles” feature that displays similar stories for every article.
Still to come
There is still more to come from the Interrobang website. Most notably, our website design team has been working hard to install user-friendly text-to-speech functionality. Text-to-speech offers the opportunity for every person to have access to our stories. This inclusive feature is soon to come.
We are thrilled to share this new website with all of our devoted readers, and hope you enjoy exploring all that it has to offer.
