Check out this Scenario

The Salt Lounge was packed last Saturday as London band The Scenario took the stage.

The night started with great music from Rust Water, Surrounded by Water and The Anti Q's. The final act of the night was The Scenario, who did not go on until almost midnight. But trust me, they were worth the wait. I have seen this band before and they just get better with every show they play. They played at The Out Back Shack last year and drew a great crowd.

The Scenario consists of Mikey Lavereau (vocals and guitar), Ryan Lynch (guitar), Tyler Avram (bass) and Jason Longo (drums). The band played ten songs, all loud, catchy, and fun to dance to.

The first song The Scenario played, “Ocean Floor,” was a great way to start the show. It was one of their more mellow songs and it really got the crowd in the mood. My favourite song that they played was “Lonely Lane,” but truthfully I liked them all.

The Scenario's sound is soft rock with a poppy edge. They are kind of a mix between The Stokes, The Killers and The Arctic Monkeys. On stage they performed very well, and looked like they loved what they were doing. They had a unity about them; it wasn't just a singer, a guitar player, etc. on stage. They are a band. Overall, it was a great show to watch and listen to. They are definitely worth a look and I see them making it big.
