The happiest, most fulfilled people in the world are those who are happy in their skin, do the things they love to do and those who do not hold on to grudges.

Take pride in the person you are and the person you see yourself becoming in the future. Nothing brings forth more pride than the feeling of loving one's true self. Self-confidence is a true and genuine quality that should exude in every human being. If you don't love yourself, than how will you truly be able to love another?

Great confidence boosters are to find what your passions in life are, and don't be afraid to try. Who knows where it may get you or what in turn it will do for you.

Take pride in your existence and your contributions to this world.

What is it that truly fulfills your heart? Is it doing a hobby that you just could not imagine living without, or perhaps helping out people in need?

Whatever your strengths are should be exercised on a daily basis, as it will help empower you to venture out and do more with your life.

Trying new things can sometimes appear challenging at the forefront, but that should not be any excuse to not try. Live your life. Do not be too conscientious or you will always wonder what would have been if you attempted something that was out of your norm.

Individuals focus on what they know best and what they are particularly great at.

Whether it's jogging every morning for one person or spending time with loved ones, each person has different ideas on what makes them feel fulfilled.

There is no right or wrong answer; different things work for different people.

When people engage in activities that cause them to forget themselves, lose track of time and simply stop worrying for a split moment is when life satisfaction occurs the most.

Having a sense that you have done something great for yourself will in turn make you a more happy person. When you don't take time out to enjoy the smaller, simpler things in life, you will be missing out on what the over all purpose is all about.

It is not necessarily how much time you spent in the office, classroom, or how well you have beat the next guy, but taking pride in smaller gestures and giving back are undoubtedly more important for a happier sense of being.

Have you ever had someone in your life that disappointed you in such a way that you thought it would never be let go of?

Many people hold on to grudges for no other reason than because it's easier to not have to deal with it. It may not always be easy to forgive. Forgetting is another story.

There have always been and there will always be situations where life throws a curve ball in your direction that will have an unexpected outcome.

That's life. How you choose to deal with it is entirely up to you.

It is common to come in contact with a situation where forgiveness is never an option, but that does not mean forgetting is not available.

If there is negative drama in your life, realize that you do not have to put up with it and disregard the situations that provide nothing but uneasy feelings.

To be content and happy, you have to learn to love yourself and live your life to its fullest potential.

“Realize that true happiness lies within you. Waste no time and effort searching for peace and contentment and joy in the world outside. Remember that there is no happiness in having or in getting, but only in giving. Reach out. Share. Smile. Hug. Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself,” said speaker Og Mandino.
