Call for photographers and artists – design our cover!

Whether you're into photography, drawing, painting — whatever! — we want to see your work on the cover of the Interrobang.

The theme is "representing student life," which means there's a lot of material to use. Capture what you think makes student life unique and send it in. The winning piece will be showcased on the cover of the January 10, 2011 Interrobang — so you've got some time to plan your perfect cover.

You would win a grand prize of a $250 gift certificate. Second prize is a $50 gift certificate and third prize is $25 (each prize is in the form of a pre-paid MasterCard). Plus, it's a great way to add something to your portfolio — your photo may make it into that issue whether it wins or not.

Visit FSU.ca and you'll find the link to the contest on the homepage. Print out the entry form, it must be attached to the CD containing your artwork or photo. Entries are due by Friday, December 10, 2010 at 4 p.m. They must be dropped off at the Interrobang office (SC1012).

All entries must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat PDF file — there's a free link on the contest's page if you need to download the program.

If you've got any questions, please email publications manager John Said at jsaid@fanshawec.ca. Good luck and we can't wait to see what you come up with!
