Attack ads hurt process
Dear Editor,
Over the past few weeks I have been watching all of the political attack ads that are being put on television by both the Liberal and Conservative parties.
It is pathetic to see the ads either party is putting on T.V. They all involve attacking the opposition in some way or another. With another federal election looming, it is disturbing to see that either party is more focused on telling us why we should not vote for the other guy. This type of behaviour used to be reserved for the schoolyard but I guess it has made its way into Canadian politics.
We need to start backing a party that is more mature and willing to work together for the betterment of the country. We need to start backing the Green Party.
