I was going to go with the "Dream Team" vs. the Bears on Monday night, but I have decided to make a switch for the first time this year. Instead, I am going to highlight a key AFC East matchup between the New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills. Shockingly enough, the Bills are in position to push for a wild-card spot in the AFC playoffs. In order to make it, they will have to win tough games like this one. With a win over the Patriots already, the Bills are ready for the spotlight.

The Jets, on the other hand, have been an up-and-down squad for much of the year. The defence hasn't been as good as in recent years, and the offence hasn't been able to pick up the slack. However, after a big win against the Chargers, the Jets had a bye week to get ready for this game.

Key Matchups
1. Darrelle Revis vs. Stevie Johnson: In order to beat the Jets, it usually means staying away from "Revis Island." Unfortunately for the Bills, Johnson will likely be facing Revis in this one. They need to keep Johnson involved, but it will be a tough task.

2. Mark Sanchez vs. Ryan Fitzpatrick: Both of these quarterbacks have been inconsistent on the year, but have led their teams to impressive records. The main problem with each of these QBs is that they must limit the turnovers. If they do that, they may have big games.

3. Shonn Greene vs. Fred Jackson: Tough running will decide this game. Greene has been a bit of a disappointment at times this year, and the Bills have defended the run well. Expect a good load of LaDainian Tomlinson as well. Jackson may well be an MVP candidate if the Bills make the playoffs. However, at some point, the Bills will want to get backup running back (and 2010 first round pick) C.J. Spiller more involved.

The Rundown
This one should be tighter than people think. As I said before, a lot of the focus will be on the QBs, and the one who plays better likely wins the game for their team. This time, I think it will be Fitzpatrick and the Bills in the upset, 24-20. Just for fun, I'll give you the Monday night pick anyway. Give me the Bears, 31-20.

For next week, I will take a look at a huge NFC matchup, which will likely have playoff implications.
