Fanshawe College Interior Design graduates showed off their best designs on August 16 as part of their final project in a creative showcase.

The event was hosted in the Student Centre and featured representatives from interior design companies from all over Ontario in a fancy job fair-style atmosphere. The company reps were treated with hors d'oeuvres and mingled with the recent graduates, who hoped that the evening could potentially lead to job offers.

Students were to create a mini-standup creation made from any materials of their choice and showcase their designs in a portfolio for many societal structures, such as commercial, residential and office building layouts.

The three-year Interior Design program included a total of 12 months of co-op.
