Need a break? Meditate
Relax, de-stress, focus. This
year, Fanshawe's Counselling and
Accessibility Services is offering
free meditation classes for students.
It's a chance to catch your
breath and find relaxation amidst
your new classes and course load.
The classes will be held every
Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to
4:20 p.m. starting January 15 in
room F2010.
Take advice from the Dalai Lama: "The basic sources of happiness are a good heart, compassion, and love.
