In an effort to distinguish his Conservative government from United States policies, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, left, attempted to address the Canadian nation on live television last week. Harper managed to get local community channels across Canada to broadcast his message. Unfortunately for Harper, the lower production values and volunteer staffers at these outlets made it impossible to cover up where Harper's policies are being formulated.
