Although phoning ahead to make a reservation is not mandatory, it is definitely recommended. Saffron's Restaurant is run entirely by Fanshawe's Tourism and Hospitality students.

This diner goes way beyond burgers and fries! They offer something for everybody (including vegetarians) at relatively inexpensive prices. Their hours of operation are from 10 am, to whenever they've had enough! Prince Albert's Diner is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but they're also open late making it the perfect place to eat after the bar.

Make sure you wear your fat pants! King's Buffet is an all you can eat buffet of Oriental and Canadian food. It's only a three minute drive from Fanshawe and students get a ten percent discount when they show their student card. Make sure you leave room for dessert because King's Buffet also has an ice cream bar. I recommend the Spiderman ice cream (although I'm not sure it actually tastes like Spiderman).
