Pete's Links: Obama and Astle online

Obama and Astle?
(search for Barack Roll on Youtube)
With “Rick Rolling” all the crazy these days, (you know, randomly calling someone and playing Rick Astley's hit song, “Never Gonna Give You Up), it's no surprise that this video has popped up. Watch US Presidential candidate Barack Obama sing along with Astley's hit song. Some people have too much time on their hands.

Sessler's Soapbox

If you're a fan of gaming journalism or a fan of G4 TV's show, XPlay, then you should really check out Adam Sessler's online video blog. I really enjoy his commentary and opinions on the current gaming market, but because he does work for a station that needs to make money, I still feel that there's a lot that he'd like to say but doesn't.

If you want any further proof, look at G4's E3 coverage last July. After Nintendo's horrible press conference where they touted numbers and showed hardly any games (no…I don't care that Animal Crossing is coming to the Wii or your crappy “music” game), Sessler and co. didn't ask Reggie the hard questions or even say, “what the hell was that?”

Science experiment gone wrong

When I was in high school, we didn't have cell phones that could take videos of our teachers and the crazy antics that happened in class, let alone taping science experiments. Watch as this class room ends up applauding the teacher after an experiment almost blows them all up.
