Get paid to Party
Hey Funshawe! I'm Pat Maloney, your full time Entertainment Programmer and I need your help.
The Thursday night pubs in the Out Back Shack are “Co-Sponsored”, which means, we give your class a chance to raise money for field trips, parties etc. I have everything filled up for October, but November is wide open.
What I'm looking for are spirited class groups to get involved by sponsoring a pub. It's simple, come up with a theme, sell tickets and get yourself paid for all your hard work, depending on how successful you are!
I'll make posters and put them up, and I'll get you flyers to litter the school with, and I'll make sure the Out Back Shack staff, the FU Crew and the FSU in general know what's up so they can help you promote. You could be the host of the wildest party Fanshawe has ever seen! Also, I'm looking for student DJs to keep the tunes bumping all night and keep the crazy.
I'll get you paid and make sure your hospitality needs are looked after. All you have to do is play your favourite songs and take requests from partygoers, you know, DJ stuff. Hip-hop/house music preferred. Our Thursday night pubs have been a smash this year, packed every week, featuring all kinds of different DJs. You guys seem to like what we're doing, but I need your help to keep the ball rolling.
