No no, not the golden shower kind, silly. The premature album release kind! Thats right fans, if you didn't already know...well, you're too late. System of a Down posted their entire new album Hypnotize on MTV.com for a brief period last week. What a great idea! Since the album is going to end up smeared all over downloading programs the instant the album drops, why not beat illegal downloaders to the punch with a lo-fi, reduced quality version. But wait, by the time you read this, the album will be out...shit. Well either way I still got the message loud and clear; Hypnotize lives up to Mezmerize.

Another collection of Armenian Angst Anthems for the SOAD army. The album kicks off with 'Attack', a very typical System song, but goddamit its still so fresh! Galloping, insane Russian dancing metal riffs with all that unique Armenian/American influence. I could bore you all to death trying to describe each track, or I could just tell you to rest assured that it's still System and it's still fresh. If you loved Mezmerize you need the follow up, which by the way, ends the way it all began with a more developed version of 'Soldier Side'. Pick it up people. It's hot shit!
