Celebrating International Week
The fourth annual Fanshawe
International Week or iWeek is
happening February 2 to 4. The
event is getting bigger and bigger
every year as there is a surge in the
number of the international students
at Fanshawe College.
As the globe is rapidly shrinking to one village, the significance of getting to know about the world amplifies. International Week provides that opportunity to the students as the events organized offer extensive insights into various facets of life including culture and food from countries across the globe.
Here is what's going to unfold during International Week:
- Canadian Immigration Seminar
- Ten Thousand Villages
- International Panel for Homestay
- International lunch (Caribbean, Middle Eastern and Indian)
- Asian New Year Dinner
- International Pub Night
There are also some exciting prizes to be won from the painting and quiz competitions.
"Some people pursue happiness while others create it!" Let us join together in creating happiness during the International Week.
For more information, inquiries or registration please visit the International Department at E2025 between 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
