The Heel Turn: Cena still centre of attention

Raw got off to a great start with WWE Champion Randy Orton coming out to the ring to a good reaction from the audience. Orton wanted to know just one thing, what John Cena planned to do with his authority as a ref during the upcoming Orton vs. Wade Barrett title match at Survivor Series. Orton went on to demand that Cena come out and answer his question face to face.

Cena wasted no time getting to the ring, where he stated that he really didn't know what he was going to do when the moment actually came. Orton replied that if Cena did screw him over by helping Barrett win the belt, then Cena would still have a job, but he would be the biggest phony in the WWE, and it would be absolute disrespect to everyone who's ever been heavyweight champion. Nexus showed up on the stage and Orton told Barrett that they could fight right now, a challenge that Barrett was about to accept before an email came from the general manager. The GM booked a tagteam match with Orton and a partner vs. Barrett and a partner of his choice, with Cena as the referee. This was to be an indicator of what decision Cena would make at Survivor Series.

Tag Team champions Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater defeated the Hart Dynasty, which apparently caused some friction between Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith.

Sheamus was extremely angry about losing to Santino last week, and demanded that Santino come out and take the beating that he was due. Santino did come out to the ramp, but made an excuse that he had eaten too much Halloween candy, and his doctor told him not to wrestle or he would be very sick. He suggested a replacement opponent though, Vladimir Kozlov. Sheamus managed to put down the Moscow Mauler, and turned his attention back to Santino, who offered the Celtic Warrior candy, money and a credit card as a bribe. Sheamus would not have it, and hoisted Santino in the air for the High Cross finishing move, but it was prevented by John Morrison running out and kicking Sheamus in the head. Morrison may have saved Santino again, but he's placed himself high on Sheamus' hit list.

Pee Wee Herman was the guest host for some reason, and he revealed the night's secret word "ring," before being interrupted by The Miz. The man who calls himself Mr. Money in the Bank said that he did not like Pee Wee, and told him to get out his ring, which of course caused the Raw audience to scream. This only ticked the Miz off, and he threatened Herman, until Pee Wee's cousin came out to fight. It turned out to be just the Big Show wearing the same grey suit as Herman does. Big Show just about mopped the floor with The Miz until he was hit in the head with the Money in the Bank briefcase, which caused The Miz's disqualification.

Laycool decided to be "nice" and give Natalya another title shot at Survivor Series, but only if she could beat Michelle right there on RAW. Natalya succeeded in doing so, and it's only a matter of time before she locks the sharpshooter on one or both of Laycool to win the Divas Championship.

In the main event, Barrett and David Otunga took on Orton and R-Truth. While ref Cena was distracted by Barrett, Orton delivered an RKO to Otunga, and then looked on smiling as R-Truth pinned Otunga and Cena did the three-count. But does this really mean that Cena will call the match right down the middle at Survivor Series?
