Break & Enter
The Middlesex OPP is investigating a Break, enter and Theft at the Movie Gallery in Dorchester, Ontario. At about 1:37 am on November 21, 2005, theives forced open the front door of the store, which set off the alarm. They entered the store and stole approximately 50 xBox games and 50 Playstation games, as well as nine Star Wars: Episode III movies. These games were in sealed packages with “Movie Gallery” on them. The value of the stolen prpoerty is $5000.

January is also Crimestoppers Month, when Crimestoppers branches across the world celebrate the success of the program. 2006 is also the 30th anniversary of the first program, established in Albuquerque, New Mexico. To date, there are 102 Crimestoppers programs in Canada, which have confiscated $2 billion in drugs and stolen property.
